The sushi here is fantastic! I can hardly believe there’s such great sushi in Syracuse, UT! It’s truly impressive. I’ve dined here multiple times, and I’ve always been satisfied. View all feedback.
This place is awesome The people are nice I came from a place where food is king.
The service is quick when you walk in to order and take out I've been here a few times and the food is good.
I guess if you don't know what sushi is SUPPOSED to taste like, you might be able to stomach this place.
The fish at this restaurant is fantastic—very fresh, just as everyone claims. However, the service leaves a lot to be desired and needs significant improvement! We waited 10 minutes before anyone brought us menus, and then it took an additional 45 minutes for our four rolls to arrive. My husband ordered a beer, and an Asian lady hurriedly brought it to our table without saying a word and then rushed back to the kitchen—no glass, nothing! We ordered my drink as well, and while they eventually brought it out, we still received no silverware. We found ourselves constantly having to ask for everything: napkins, menus, cutlery, more Coke, a glass for my husband’s beer, low sodium sauce, and so on. The staff seems quite overwhelmed when it comes to serving customers. I really hope they can improve this aspect because the food is excellent and we would love to make this a regular spot.
Our waiter was polite and a bit shy, reminding me of a newborn foal trying to navigate on wobbly legs. He recommended some of the best sushi rolls we've ever tasted. I can't quite remember the names of the rolls, but I know I'll never forget how amazing they were. The owner—or at least I think she was—politely informed us that we needed to leave because they were closing, but not before we enjoyed their incredible fortune cookies. The fortunes were spot on! In my three years of eating sushi, this was the first time a fortune cookie said something that resonated with me—it was almost too good to be true! Out of five stars, I’d give this place three hearts because I absolutely loved it. I felt like I had ingested enough protein from my rolls, just in time for a long, hot hike I had planned for the morning. And since I’m not a fan of protein bars, shakes, or whole wheat toast, I’m grateful to have filled up on quality sushi to fuel my five-hour trek!
