El Gaucho - Tacoma

Eating in el gaucho is a special experience! we celebrated our 39th high-time day and it was so funny to treat us a fine culinary opportunity where the drinks, appetizers, sommalier, desserts and even serviettes surpass their expectations. the pianist has added an additional flair! great work, chef and whole wait staff, especially erin c.! well done! an ingenious evening!

Meet all our expectations and more. they could ask for better service and our meal was cooked exactly as we wanted. portioning was amazing, and the fact that we no longer fit in our leans and left with rest, was great. highly recommended for anyone who wants a good meal.

Eating was excellent. the atmosphere was wonderful. my question was the weeping list. el gaucho calculates 2-3 times the retail costs for a bottle of wine in the average. So I brought my own bottle and was happy to pay the $30 cork fee. the capean poured the bottle into the more decanter and I never saw it again. No one has ever refilled our glasses for myself. then they had the right to charge me both tax and compulsory 20% service fee on my initial cork fee. the value of the wine list and the service they do not receive when they bring a bottle in connection with the cost, gets a f- from me. outside of them the food and cocktails were beautiful.

They have been much better. Server was three different people!

We love going to this El Gaucho location in Tacoma. Food, service and ambiance is just great!
