However, numerous issues were reported on one visit, including long wait times, lackluster food, and overwhelmed staff. Despite these negatives, the food was still described as delicious, with minor issues quickly corrected by attentive waitstaff. OpenTable reservations on busy nights were deemed ineffective, leading to unnecessary wait times. Overall, while there were mixed experiences reported, Red Lobster remains a reliable choice for those seeking familiar seafood dishes and a generally positive dining experience.
Don’t bother using OpenTable especially on a Friday or Saturday night to make a reservation. The reservation did absolutely nothing, just show up put your name on the list and go do something for a half an hour.
Food was great. Waiter not attentive enough to our table pleasant enough but very long waits between visits.
Red Lobster is consistent. While food promotions change, everything stays basically the same. This makes dining there predictable. Thankfully that predictability is accompanied by good food. Server was attentive and pleasant.
The waitress did a good job. The vegetables were dry, but everything else was good!
On this visit everything went wrong at the restaurant. They where short of cooks, had trouble with the oven and dishwasher went out. This is what the waitress told us. We had to wait about to get our food and even the buiscuits took this long to get. Waitress was overwhelmed which resulted in poor service and rudness.
