Chubby's Chicken Fingers - Tallahassee

THIS IS THE WORST FAST FOOD RESTAURANT EVER!!! I will never EVER eat from here again. I am far from racist but the young white lady that works here is extremely rude!! The line was long and I didn?t have long in my lunch break so I decided to walk up tothe walk up window. The lady yelled at me and said ?THE DRIVE WALK UP WINDOW IS CLOSED!? She then yelled at me and said ?YOUHAVE TO GET IN LINE LIKE EVERYONE ELSE!? She then slammed the window in my face really really hard with force I thought she hadbroken the window. There was no sign stating that the walk up window was closed. I go to Chubbys almost everyday and the walk upwindow has never been closed. I then proceeded to call the store to speak to a manger and she got on the phone and literallyscreamed at me like I was a child. She cursed me out and hung the phone up on on me. Chubbys does not have a cooperate office sothere is no way I could report this issue. I received fries from there and realized there was some type of plastic hidden in myFrench fries!!! If you want to stay alive, DO NOT EAT HERE AT CHUBBYS!!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE !!

The food was gaggingly salty I don't know how anyone is able to even take one bite is just a mouthful of ocean salt!! It looks good though just way too salty!

I was really looking forward to Chubby's but had a so-so experience. This place needs some major updates. I went at night and the place looked closed and was very dark. The drive-thru was very confusing with what looked like 3 different places to orderbut in complete darkness it was hard to tell. What good is a drive-thru menu when you can't read it? The second menu (which was10ft in front of the first) had one flickering light that gave you all of 3 seconds to read. Then another 10ft up you get theorder speaker (in complete darkness). Management really needs to fix this. It could all be done in one day. You want yourcustomers to feel safe and comfortable when ordering. This was not the experience. This food was so-so.

I waited over 45 minutes for my food. I went during evening hours and was told that it would be an 8-10 minute wait. After some time had passed, I was told that the grill had not been on all day. The employees were unsanitary and seemed to be under theinfluence. An employee that was not on the clock and had on an undershirt was in the kitchen. No gloves were being used when mysalad was being prepared and when I asked for a refund, no one wanted to come to the window and talk or explain anything. Thisrestaurant deserves no stars!

I usually don?t do reviews unless need; however, the customer service is HORRIBLE! The guy on the speaker had a very bad attitude and was very rude ! They were out of everything were short and snappy on the speaker . I don?t recommend this place .Customer service is priority when dealing with customers !! This keeps repeated customers ! I pray they hire better works whobring in continuous and repeated customers and remove those who are causing destruction to the business . This was my husband?sfirst experience eating here and he was not impressed . Not to mention how long we had to wait for our food ! I advise you ifyou are eager and ready to eat , don?t stop here !
