We are return customers, just had to return; with friends this time.Even on a Tuesday, it was quite busy; and no wonder. The service was friendly, efficient (and unobtrusive when it should be!) and the food was well cooked and presented.As with most winery restaurants, the surroundings were peaceful and easy on the eye. We had a delightful and leisurely lunch at this restaurant. We were visiting the Gold Coast and wanted a change of scenery, and this place was perfect. The setting was picturesque and the staff were friendly and efficient. We dined on the verandah and even purchased a few bottles of wine because it was so good. It was definitely worth the drive.
Pleasantly surprised. Really lovely location with relaxed atmosphere and interesting menu and not excessive prices. Food was really enjoyable and staff attentive. Will be back.
Sunday lunch was lovely. The Semillon Sauvignon Blanc was lovely. The lamb blackstrap was very tasty as was the monitor prawn salad. Gorgeous grounds and beautiful qld architecture.
Had a wonderful lunch here recently with hubby and friends. I had the dukka crusted lamb back strap which was absolutely delicious. The best meal I have had in a long time! This was followed by the chilli chocolate creme brulee. Another winner! Wonderful setting...and atmosphere. Would definitely recommend it.
We have been around in the last 2 years because of its proximity to our house here 5 times, and the fact that we came to eat for the first time was good. Everyone since then has visited us disappointed, that was eating at best very...ordinary the place itself is beautiful, and the staff is very professional and friendly, I wish that could be eaten to them.
