I waited 25 minutes for what was supposed to be sourdough toast, but it didn't arrive until long after I had finished my coffee. The menu did not mention any delays with food orders. When the toast finally did arrive, it was made with normal sliced bread and not sourdough as advertised. I was really disappointed with the experience overall.

After waiting in line, we ordered two breakfasts and drinks at the restaurant. We took our drinks to the table, finished them, and still hadn't received our breakfasts. After 30 minutes of waiting, we inquired about the delay, only to be told that there were 9 orders ahead of ours that needed to be cooked. Frustrated with the long wait, we ultimately left hungry. Despite the friendly and hardworking staff, there seemed to be a lack of organization and management. It would have been helpful if they had informed us of the long wait time at the time of ordering. Perhaps pausing orders to allow the kitchen to catch up would have been a better approach.

I really enjoy the Mac and Cheese from the supermarket downstairs, so I decided to try it at the cafe. I was not disappointed! My wife ordered the smoked salmon and eggs, which was also quite good. The slice of cake we had was perfect and I would definitely recommend it.

We are regular visitors here, and always find the food good, and we love the Columbian coffee. Today however we were told they've changed the brew to Rwandian. It was awful! Please M&S get rid of that awful stuff and bring back Columbian brew!!

Asked for them to take the ham off the eggs Benidek’s asked them to take the ham off and could they add bacon. Got told they couldn’t do this!! Shocking!!! Never been told you can’t take it off
