I decided to treat my daughter to breakfast out on her birthday and we chose the Caper Cafe. Entering the Cafe is like visiting a favourite relative. You are warmly welcomed and generously fed. This place really did thing right.

We were visiting PEI and after walking around Charlottetown browsing at different restaurants, we figured we should try PEI oysters.
