It had good reviews when I looked on the internet. Is in the main street but plenty of parking and for a Sunday it was extremely popular. A good choice of food on menu and we opted for full english, though some had chips. I had bacon, egg and chips and very tasty it was too. A cosy little cafe with yummy food and not expensive. What jezorchard doesn't like about Cafe Licious:
Popped in for late lunch. Friendly staff. Meat fell off the lamb shank with good mash potato and veg. Ham egg and chips well presented. Decor good and place clean. It offers what it says. Cheap. Would recommend and will return. View all feedback.
We had stayed at the Wellington Travelodge, and found this cafe to come for breakfast. It was a really good breakfast and exceptional service and very friendly staff. Would definitely come back!!
Very disappointed. Been told so much on how fantastic the food and staff are we...group of 5..... decided to have lunch here. Really looking forward to it after reading the reviews. Unfortunately no disabled access at all. The only door was locked and staff couldn 't find the key !! Then the manager (I think) appeared and looked at me in my wheelchair and asked 'can 't you get in there! '......umm its a step....a step I can 't do in a wheelchair. So no business from us today and somewhere I won 't go again or recommend.
Friendly staff served good food. The cafe is a tidy place and the food was good value. Would recommend.
Very friendly and welcoming staff. The food is presented beautifully and tastes delicious. If you like lamb then the lamb shank is the best in the area/County. The decor is cosy and comfortable. They also have a delivery service to your home.
I've been going to this cafe for years. Always great service and homely and tasty cafe food. Delicious
