"My wife fell down in the store yesterday afternoon because the wet floor sign was not located where the floor was wet. Management refuses to answer my calls over the phone as a follow up regarding her visit to the hospital. I called on September 28th at 7:30pm and the supervisor in charge (a woman) hanged up on me and refused to confirm my complaint and report to the regional manager. We will be taking her injuries to an attorney due to your lack of care for my wife. You should be ashamed of yourself for hanging up on an injured customer and should represent your company better. I will be reporting your service to your customer care department as well."
