A fantastic atmosphere and coffee with nice cake and service . Clean without the sticky tables that you get at places like this . I can recommend this branch , great British company with an Italian theme. One feedback would be be that every minute someone from the street a non costumer was using the toilet rendering it in a disgusting state not critical point for the staff)would return View all feedback.

Very disappointed with the system. I went with my client for a drink and she forgot to ask to transfered her points to her App. So we asked a couple of minutes later to the staff to do it and they said not allowed to put in because has to be in the moment of the payment. View all feedback.
I come here every other Sunday with my girlfriend, never had a bad experience and I always enjoy the coffee. Relaxed and pleasant atmosphere always. You can't go wrong for prices with the Meekat discount.
The staff was very welcoming and the coffee was delicious.
I had good experience, great service, love this Caffè Nero, very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and tidy environment plus toilets. 10/10 Dog friendly. Wheelchair accessible entrance, disabled parking in the High Street very close. This is a casual coffee shop chain with a menu of Italian style light dishes and specially blended drinks. Great for breakfast, come taste butter- rich freshly baked pastries, creamy Tim's dairy yoghurt stone baked all day breakfast panini available throughout the day, wide selection of sandwiches and lots of cakes.
The restaurant had a long line extending out the door, with only one person serving initially. When a second staff member finally arrived, they were somewhat rude. A little politeness and gratitude can go a long way. It would also be good if the staff appeared more enthusiastic about their work. On a positive note, the coffee was quite good.
