Chick-fil-a - Texarkana

I always have a wonderful experience at this location. The staff is very attentive, intuitive, and consistently pleasant, regardless of the circumstances. My orders are always delivered quickly, accurately, and hot. I wish more restaurants would uphold the same standards! The food is delicious!

The staff at this restaurant is always polite, whether you're dining in or using the drive-thru. Most of the employees are young, but they all present themselves well, wearing name tags and neatly tucked-in shirts. They greet you with smiles and appear to genuinely enjoy their jobs—or they’re great actors if they don’t! I've been visiting this location for over a decade, and I've never had a negative experience or encountered a rude employee. The prices are reasonable, and they offer free refills with a smile. During busy times, like my recent visit, a staff member (I believe his name was Wesley) was outside taking orders at the speaker to help streamline the process. Lauren handed me my food at the window. I heard that they will be closing soon for several weeks for major repairs and to add an extra lane for the drive-thru. I’m disappointed that they’ll be closed, but when they reopen, it will definitely be worth the wait—for quicker service!

I really miss the clouberry flavor! The frosted version reminds me too much of sherbet!

Inside the mall off of Richmond Road in Texarkana, Texas ... We ate at the Chick-fil-A there. Exceptional service in placing our order and receiving it so promptly. Our food was exactly as we ordered it ... DELICIOUS. Great lunch stop and convenient walk around the mall on our long trip from Searcy ARK to our daughter's in Bedford, Texas!

The food at this location is mediocre, and the staff lacks enthusiasm. The children's play area is currently being used for storage. Overall, I would say the management is lacking.
