We have eaten ay Sabor on many occasions. They offer unique Mexican dishes, great presentation. Imagine our surprise to be charged for chips and salsa, a standard in all Mexican restaurants. This is a new charge and we were not told there was a charge, nor is it listed on menu along with other appetizers. Cost of dinner with margaritas was almost $200 for four of us. Big fan of the Costilla Colorado (short ribs)! Presented beautifully with a sizable portion of short ribs on top of an amazing bean puree all topped with a
Destiny, our server, was really thoughtful in her suggestions, especially for vegetarians like me.
This was our second visit to Saltwater Grill. The food was delicious and the service unmatched. We will definitely dine here again on our next visit to Galveston.
The food was tasty. The waiter was a little less than average as far as skill set. I didn't care for how they ran out of bread. It was very noisy in the section that we were sat in. But all in all it was not a bad experience just didn't knock my socks off.
