My brother's wake was held at High Elms Manor yesterday. The location is conveniently close to West Herts Crematorium, set in a beautiful setting. The room was beautifully decorated, and all the staff we interacted with were incredibly helpful and considerate. On seeing this venue on Channel 4 some time ago, we decided to host our first event there. On arrival, we were treated to a tour of the gorgeous grounds and newly renovated manor house. The food and refreshments provided were excellent and received compliments from both family and friends.
We hosted a reception for our mother's memorial at High Elms Manor in January 2024. The staff communicated effectively, decorated the room magnificently, arranged a delightful buffet, and ensured the day ran seamlessly. Thank you very much. I would definitely recommend.
I have attended multiple weddings at High Elms Manor and found it to be a stunning venue. We were fortunate to have good weather for an outdoor ceremony, and the grounds were vast and private, providing a picturesque backdrop for wedding photography. What a fantastic venue. Buffet was amazing and catered for our wake with utter professionalism. Only slight change I'd make would be the lighting to the car park but I could sit and watch the deer all day
We used this place for a wake after a west Herts crematorium service. They catered for it and it was absolutely perfect. I thoroughly recommend this place.
