yOyO Cafe - Timişoara

I stopped with my wife once. We couldn't get in because of the Kovid restrictions. We took 1 latte and 1 flat white to go, and I had an espresso on site to try it. The coffee was decent, but... nothing special. After listening to the history of Barista I expected something really big, but it wasn't the case. Maybe. I'll give them another chance in a month.

The coffee was fine, but the attitude of the things never left me the place again. Barista was very arrogant when she looked at me because she was not familiar with his own mix that is sold. I just asked a simple question about the...origin. Then I asked him about his mix, but he didn't want to talk to me because I'm not a coffee expert and I don't deserve to know

If you are a coffee geek, or if you simply want to enjoy a the best cup of coffee in Timisoara prepared by a SCAE certified barista, using some of the most amazing freshly roasted beans you can find, then this is the place to...do it. Here you can discover that espresso is actually not bitter, and that you don't need to add sugar, because good coffee has natural sugars, and milk based drinks are amazing as well and of course with great latte art every time. Unfortunately this cafe is not in a central location, so you will need to look hard to find it, but it's worth it. Aaa and it's closed on weekends unfortunately : found that out after I drove to the other side of the city). But still, if you want to have a great cup of coffee, you can have it here. Sorry for the long review, I am just a very passionate coffee geek.
