Everything is good, but the level of food. I expected it a bit higher scale in the casino, but honestly I had bar food in Toledo that was better. There is no reason to calculate $22 for a 4oz steak without spices, 6 steamed shrimps with Cajun season, sprinkled on them and a baked potato that was the size of Utah. I had the most bizarre visit to this casinoFortunately the hotel I stayed at offered a free shuttleWinning! Our visit started off promising.
First off, entering the parking garage of the Hollywood Casino should have hinted at how tight things were going to be.
My daughter and I had heard that this restaurant has great food and a wonderful view of Vancouver and it definitely was true on both counts. The wedge salad was a wonderful mix of sweet and salty, the prawn cocktail was perfectly done with a spicy dipping sauce and the served bread was warm and delicious. The service from all people working there was professional and accommodating. The view of the city was beautiful. I will make this restaurant a "must do" on my next visit.
Food was great but disappointed that we weren't seated outside as we had made the reservation days ahead and phoned the morning of to request this.
