What User doesn't like about ICHI Japanese Restaurant:
It was close to authentic Japanese but some of the combinations were a little strange. I believe the owner is Taiwanese and is trying to do a good job at pulling together a good meal. Good service here just lacking the authenticity I was looking. After living in Japan for 15years and eating at some of the best restaurants I am a little fussy. View all feedback.

Fantastic food, always fresh, service is excellent and prices are low. Best ramen and sashimi, can't recommend enough!
Just finished scoffing my first takeaway Karaage chicken. I am totally impressed! Tasty, came with salad, tempura prawn, rice and even a soup for an entrée! In terms of the flavours and the generous size of the meal, probably some of the best value in all of Toowoomba. I will be back! Huge menu to work through...

Wow!!!! I just devoured my takeout order. I ordered the Cha-shu Ramen with pork bone broth, and my fiancé got the chicken karaage rice set. I can't rave enough about the Ramen broth!!!! I am thrilled that Ichi is now serving Ramen! It's my favorite Japanese dish, and I am completely satisfied. I'm a big Ramen fan, and this Ramen is even better than my favorite spot in Brisbane! It tastes just like the Ramen I've had in Japan. It was exactly what I needed on a cold, rainy evening!! Thank you Ichi! We will definitely be returning!
