Good Chinese food. We didn't know any restaurant in the area so looked at TripAdvisor review and found it. You go there for the food, not for the decor and you will be happy. The food is very good. They have generous portions. The best when you are few people is to order different plates and share so you can taste more. The chicken general tao was our favorite. What User doesn't like about Lin Garden Restaurant:
I ordered on a Saturday evening for dinner for 8. I called back to add something to my order and the rude guy was like we busy busy call back in 20 mind and banged the phone down. Got there to pick up the food and they were slammed. I waited about 50 minutes to get our food and these people were rude the whole time. Like if it's a weekend and your busy maybe you should hire staff instead of having 2 people walk aroun... View all feedback.
I have gone to Lin Garden for years but find the quality has gone down and it's really hit and miss.Last week we picked up the hot and sour soup which has been a favourite but was so disappointed and did not eat it.The beef with black bean has been my daughters favourite dish at Lin Garden and had no taste. In the past we used to get the chicken pakoras and chilli chicken and find pakoras have been disappointing last few times and don't even bother ordering now and chilli chicken is okay.I used to go once a week and now I try it every couple of months but after last week...will probably take them of my list.

3 of us went for dinner(my first time), ordered 4-5 dishes including the chili chicken, Szechuan shrimp, Manchurian noodles, green beans and veg spring rolls. The chicken, beans and shrimp were excellent, the noodles were good but the spring roll was bland and meh.Service was fine and the price is right aka cheap and cheerful.I'd defiantly return!
Drove out here with a friend who had been before, wasn't sure what to expect. While the decor was nothing to get excited about the food certainly was! Everything was very good, not too spicy, subtle heat.. green beans with garlic and spices, the house shrimp, chicken pakhora(sp?) and Manchurian rice. Friendly staff and decent size portions.. I liked the place so much i ordered food to take home for lunch tomorrow...
We expected to be unimpressed (like eating at manchuwok level) but it was good! Good food (especially if you like spice) and service is fast and not "unfriendly". Surprisingly low prices for big portions and tasty food. Will go back especially as it is conveniently close by ad stays open late
