The food is delicious, simple, and hits the spot, especially on a cold winter day. The restaurant is homely and is by no means glamorous, but who cares when you're dining on a $6 bowl of beef (niku) udon? Staff are polite, and it feels like you're eating in someone's kitchen. I'd recommend trying the beef udon and curry udon. Exceptional value, quick service and delicious food. View all feedback.
I have visited this restaurant multiple times and enjoy and appreciate it.
I would give this restaurant 3.5 stars. The lack of options for seafood toppings in dishes that are supposed to have them was disappointing, and the onigiri was quite bland.
This restaurant is a refreshing alternative to the typical Japanese sushi spots that seem to be everywhere now. I appreciate being able to enjoy hot Japanese dishes here at reasonable prices.
Had a wonderful lunch at manpuku. ramen, pickled japanese veggies, yakitori bowl, inari sushi, all excellent.
