Contribute FeedbackThe Old Spaghetti Factory in Toronto offers a mixed dining experience. While the decor is appealing, the food quality is hit or miss, with some finding it bland and overpriced. Service can be lacking, with issues like long wait times, raw food, and lack of attention to special occasions. However, the staff can be accommodating and make an effort to enhance the overall experience. Family-friendly with good portion sizes, it caters more to those seeking a budget-friendly meal rather than a gourmet Italian dining experience. Despite the mixed reviews, many appreciate the unique decor and friendly service.
This was my first time visiting this restaurant, and I can't believe I hadn't gone sooner. The prices were fantastic, and the food was delicious. I highly recommend trying the butternut squash ravioli, which was served in a generous portion. The meal also included an appetizer and dessert for the price of the entree. The atmosphere of the restaurant was nice and unique, and the customer service was excellent.
This was my first visit to the spaghetti factory. The food was absolutely incredible (spaghetti with white clam sauce. My waiter Lukas H provided the best service I have had by far in 2018. He was courteous, quick, personable and professional. He made sure that every bit of my experience at the spaghetti factory was exemplary!
The restaurant was bustling with activity, but we received exceptional service! Our server treated us as if we were his top priority, making us feel special. He was friendly, humorous, and attentive. Perhaps being from Moncton had something to do with it! The best server we've ever had!
Food and customer service is top notch!!! Decor is fun too!!! A must place to eat when in Toronto!!!
I have been going to this place for what seems like forever. I am always satisfied with the service, the food is phenomenal and the portions are quite generous!!! Oh...and btw, the mushroom tarragon tortellini is out of this world
