This is my second visit to Pig Out on Spadina. The first was with co-workers and I had the chicken. It was good but not as spectacular as I was told. This time I came with my 9 year old son, and we both decided on the pulled pork poutine. It was good, and filling. We both had to bag it as the portion were very generous with lots of pork. The servers are friendly and they always try to satisfy the customers. View all feedback.

It's OK food but you pay a fair bit for a casual place. Most of the flavour is coming from the sauces, which are obviously sugar based, rather than quality cuts of meat. View all feedback.
The restaurant has a lively and enjoyable atmosphere, perfect for takeout. The barbecue dishes are flavorful and the menu offers enough variety to satisfy all tastes. For a fantastic experience, I recommend treating yourself to the Pig Out Platter with the baked beans and Mac and cheese sides.
Tasty BBQ. Friendly, pleasant service. Come hungry.. I have been to the Pickering, Ontario Pig Out BBQ many times, as it is reasonably close to my home. I went to the new downtown Toronto location on opening day. Same owners, some same staff, same great food. This is really good 'slow ' food. Fast food it is not, because it has to be prepared/cooked when you order. The ribs correctly don 't quite fall off the bone (because they haven 't been boiled to death), so you work at them, but just a little. Smoked pulled pork, beef brisket and more. 'Piglet ' and 'Pig Out ' platters with a bit of everything from the smoker are available if you can 't make up your mind. Just make sure you 're hungry when you do come, or be prepared to take home some leftovers (which taste great the next day), as servings are not huge, but comfortably generous. Feature dishes include their boneless rib sandwich, '3 Little Pigs ' sandwich melt, real cheddar cheese stuffed burger, and warm banana bread pudding with vanilla ice cream (IF you have room for some dessert).
The food at this restaurant is amazing. I especially enjoyed the fries and the house-made sauces. The ribs were so tender they practically fell off the bone. The service was excellent and the prices were reasonable. I will definitely be returning with a group of friends!
Saw it on “You gotta eat here” so we had to try it. Located in the Spadina neighbourhood. Staff is very friendly, the owner himself prepared our order when I mentioned that I saw the restaurant on the show the server introduced us to him. We had ordered the Pulled Pork Tacos and a 1lbs of the Memphis Sweet flavoured wings. Both were very good but I’m definitely returning to try other flavours of the wings and their ribs. I recommend this restaurant for BBQ .
The pulled chicken sandwich was delicious. I opted for the spicy option, but you can also choose between smokey or sweet. The staff was courteous and welcoming. I look forward to returning in the future.
