This restaurant offers a variety of coffee options, including dark and lighter roasts, and also sells coffee beans. The walls are decorated with rotating collections of artwork. The menu includes a range of barista specialties such as café au lait, Vietnamese coffee, London Fog, and summer drinks. Located close to the 22 bus and 506 streetcar stops, the restaurant features a cozy room with a sofa, small tables, and a large farm table. The back room is quieter with no music, comfortable reading chairs, and another farm table. Guests can enjoy reading material from the "bring a book, leave a book" collection. Baked goods like danishes, croissants (butter, chocolate, almond, and savory options), quiches, and special themed items are available seven days a week. Special themed goods are offered on holidays like Pie Day on March 14th, Easter, St. Patrick's Day, Christmas, Halloween, and more.
We stumbled upon this place once and tried the almond croissants, and we were hooked. These are the best croissants we have ever had, so we typically make a special trip to visit since it is not nearby. We adore this place, the ambiance, the friendly staff, and of course, the croissants.

I miss living up the street from the Flying Pony. The staff are so lovely, and remember you (or at least pretend to!) Their coffee is great, and I highly recommend the croissants!
Andrew and his crew specialize in good coffee and croissants, muffins, scones, etc. This place has ambiance in spades. For those of you who've ever been to Sydney (Australia), you'd get the vibe that Andrew has brought with him to The Pony. And of course, you can order a Flat White here! This is the local coffee joint. The kind of place you go to sit and chat with your friends.Great place.
