I always head to this restaurant for delicious momos or a hearty bowl of noodle soup! My top pick is the Lhasa Thukpa, but their wonton soup is also fantastic and the special Tibetan soup is simply delicious.

While walking around Kensington Market, I came across Tibet Cafe and decided to try Tibetan food for the first time. The cozy patio in the back was perfect for watching the Euro game. The menu had a variety of options, but I focused on the Tibetan specialties like momo dumplings. The mango smoothie was disappointing, but the beef and chicken momo dishes were fantastic. It was my first time trying momo and I was impressed with the homemade dumplings. Overall, Tibet Cafe provided a solid introduction to Tibetan cuisine in Toronto.

Momos is a must-try restaurant in Kensington. The dumplings are amazing and delicious, filled with your choice of beef, chicken, or veggies. I tried all three options and loved them all. The restaurant is owned by a lovely couple who make everything with love. Highly recommend!

An eclectic menu, friendly owners and staff, and amazing food at a great price, 7 days a week, 12 noon 2 am (they'll make your order fresh anytime during hours of business .<br/ <br/ The pad thai is the best I've had in Toronto (I'm sure someone will want to take up the gauntlet find a better tasting version, with the freshest ingredients, not at all greasy or overly sweet, at this price, $7, a huge portion that you can get at 2 pm or 2 am, eat in or take out! .<br/ <br/ You *must* try the momos come by on a car free Sunday (last one of the month, May Oct. and savour an appetizer helping, wondreful juicy steamed half moon dumplings that offer a little taste of the mountain kingdom, the closest humankind gets to heaven.<br/ <br/ The fresh juice smoothies are cool and delicious, made from the freshest fruit (secret: the owner's hubby works at the ont food terminal... <br/ <br/ 5 yums!
