I would like congratulate 24 for having the most accommodating staff in Philadelphia. My friends and I (party of 5, including two friends in their 70s)

I have always loved Garces's spotsand I have to sayI didn't know this one existed.

This was my second restaurant week stop this go-around and tbh I was v disappointed.

Eating is very tasty and authentic, friendly and helpful owners. can be eaten individually so there is something for every taste. price is less than 10€ and is definitely fed.

It's ready at the moment, it's fresh, tailor-made, the quesadillas are filled with cheese. I like this place a lot, we eat on the thumb correctly, count €8 for a single memoire sandwich.
