China Cafe - Trenton

I had a great night at this restaurant! It may be very old looking, but don't let that stop you from eating there. The atmosphere is homey, the food is fantastic, and the employees are extremely nice and happy. The young hostess at the restaurant was just really awesome. Her english was flawless (surprise surprise), her service was amazing, and her energy was infectious. I certainly plan on becoming a Friday night regular. *Keep in mind to order ahead of time...they are usually extremely busy*

The food here is super good all the time, especially the rice. The kung po chicken and hot and sour soup were really good too. I gave it 4 stars because I wish the service was more efficient. The store is way too busy for such a small work force. There's always like 2 chefs and 1 deliver guy when the place is packed. The tea is also really good, I practically live off it. If you ask, they'll usually let you take home a quart full for only $1.50. And if you get annoyed at chinese restaurants because of the accent, if you order Friday nights here, you'll usually get a girl worker who speaks english better than I do.

The tea from the store tasted so bad it was like water with a leaf and food coloring!!!

The old owners were sweet and amazing but new owners are fantastic with great costumer service!!! Definitely the best Chinese restaurant in trenton!

I previously gave a lower rating. This place has improved food quality. Had a nice lunch at a fair price. While I miss the old owners, these people do a good job.
