FLAMBE !! What an INCREDIBLE Find !!! Two nights ago a friend and I were lucky enough to have dinner at Flambe. I never write reviews of restaurants but felt I definitely needed to about this wonderful gem! Everything about the experience was great. The food was amazing although the couple next to us raved about their SeaBass, our wonderful waitress Caitlin suggested we try the 'Feathered Beef ' because we were both on the hungry side. I 'm so glad that we did. The beef was so delicious it literally flaked off and almost melted in your mouth. And Caitlin kindly also provided us with both the Mushroom and Peppercorn sauces since we couldn 't make up our minds and both were equally delicious though very different (and the portions were very generous! I have to say, that the only thing that topped the food was the service !! We were greeted as soon we entered by the very friendly and attentive manager/hostess Sinead as well as helping to fit us in on last minute notice, Sinead also gave us some recommendations about what fun things to do around Meath and twice she checked in at the table to make sure that everything was to our liking. Our waitress Caitlin was also first rate giving us great recommendations and also being so friendly and attentive. Thanks again to Sinead, Caitlin and the wonderful kitchen at Flambe. I highly recommend trying this wonderful restaurant if you 're near Meath !!

Great spot loads of choices on the menu quick service no fuss whatsoever plenty of parking outside and child friendly will definitely be back soon hopefully reasonable priced

Visited this restaurant last weekend and from start to finish it was outstanding. My partner had mussels for starter and I had the garlic mushrooms- both were delicious. For mains we had the ribeye and the beef burger again both were . Staff were fantastic, our waitress Sinead couldn't do enough for us. Such a lovely atmosphere . Best of luck to this restaurant and we will be returning..

Looking for Irish food by Trim castle and going this perfect spot. Beef was super tender and hearty. Staff was friendly and made you feel at home. Atmosphere is clean and modern with nice views toward the castle.

My husband and I had a lovely meal at Flambe. We shared wings for starter and they were so tasty. He had superfood salad for main and I had mushroom risotto and both were delicious, well cooked and presented. The staff were so lovely and accommodating.
