We have always enjoyed almost everything we have ordered from this restaurant, especially the Eggplant subs which were phenomenal. However, they have recently changed their preparation method. Instead of stacking the Eggplant like they used to, they now cut a slice down the middle and place the Eggplant inside, resulting in more bread than filling. We ordered from Grubhub and received prompt service. The pizza was absolutely delicious.
I recently placed an order at this restaurant, and the person who took my call was already judging me for the tip I would give to the driver. He made a comment about not being able to retain employees because of customers like me, who are apparently unwilling to even pay for gas. I have never encountered such disrespectful customer service in my life. I will not be ordering from them again.
