A hidden jewel in a shopping plaza. Had great service from Olivia and would come back again. We had 3 different steak choices, 1 was alittle over cooked but they remade it and it came out amazing. The 8oz Filet was very tender and even though I normally always do filets, The 45 day aged 12oz KC strip was very very good and highly recommended done rare . What Jan Gordon doesn't like about Bluestone Steakhouse Seafood:
The wait staff was attentive, the ambiance cozy and pleasant, and the background music enjoyable. The food was not up to expectations. Wedge salad was mostly white, not green, iceberg lettuce. Steak was flavorful, but sides were bland and not hot. Will give it a another try as it may have been an off night. View all feedback.
I'm assuming they were understaffed. Service was very slow, and my steak was very overcooked (ordered medium rare, but brown in the center). The salmon was excellent. The ambience is great and we loved the live music. I would definitely recommend it for drinks, but for dinner it wasn't worth the price at all.
Austin is a great server. The owner Bill pays special attention to details. For example, the menu notes KETO and Keto Friendly items. Loved the pour martinis.
This was about our time to Bluestone and unfortunately we were disappointed. The service was good but the food was just average and not worth the money. Both mine and my husbandâs salmon was pretty bland. The salad was just iceberg with some carrots and cheese. The appetizers of fried goat cheese and the steak soup were the highlight of the meal and were quite tasty. We got a piece of Italian cream cake to go and it was awful. It was dry and had very little flavor. Itâll be awhile before we go back.
Great food, excellent service! Perfect place for date night or a special occasion.
Food not quite as good as past visits. Will probably try again and order something different.
