The people running this place are so kind. Aside from the potatoe being amazing, they are humans who care about more than their sales. Service was fast, food is always good, but I can't say enough about the service... Treated me like family and I appreciate that. Today I ordered a sweet potato cake online and I thought I could pick it up right away. I wait 45 minutes and don't understand why. the parking was empty and the business was slow when employees understood my bad experience, they offered a free drink. I think that shows that a lack of customer service, a refund or a $5 credit would have been more appropriate. read more.
