The people running this place are so kind. Aside from the potatoe being amazing, they are humans who care about more than their sales. Service was fast, food is always good, but I can't say enough about the service... Treated me like family and I appreciate that. Today I ordered a sweet potato cake online and I thought I could pick it up right away. I wait 45 minutes and don't understand why. the parking was empty and the business was slow when employees understood my bad experience, they offered a free drink. I think that shows that a lack of customer service, a refund or a $5 credit would have been more appropriate. View all feedback.
Picked up to go order. Pulled pork on a baked potato. Got a little salad and toast on the side. Yummy!
I placed an order for carry out. I ordered a brisket potato. It was excellent! Would highly recommend this place for thier baked potatoes !
They are so nice and amazing. The good is delicious and the deserts are awesome.
This potato was amazing. I thoroughly enjoyed everything about it. I will definitely be back. The meats were smoked to perfection, super flavorful, and well portioned. Loved it! Live music on Thursdays sets this place off, loved the smooth jazz!!!
I ordered two potatoes today and only got one, however the lady was so nice that she drove to my house and bought me the another potato. OMG BEYOND AMAZING. I LOVE RUBICONS SO MUCH I WILL TAKE THE DRIVE TO EAT SOME DELICIOUS FOOD. SHE MADE MY DAY I WISH I KNEW HER NAME. THANK YOU Jesus for creating a beautiful heart in that woman that actually took the time to satisfy a customer. I feel special and now I'm full from that tasty beef polish sausage potato. God is good all the time.
