Uptown Pizza - United States

The staff at Uptown was amazing. We had never been there before. We decided to eat in. Our server was amazing. The only thing downfall was the wait. Their kitchen isn't equipped to handle many diners and take out orders. From the looks of it, each oven can only hold one pizza. Plus, what they consider to be a large is only a medium anywhere else. And it it is a bit pricey. But, it was good.

Went to uptown for years, I know they switched owners and all but I did not think that the integrity, morals and customer service would have went down the tubes that fast, so unprofessional so rude, food is made sloppy, take pride in what you are making and selling, don't just throw slop at someone, customers come in and choose your pizza shop to eat at and spend their money at, and that's the treatment you get attitude from the white women with black hair telling me to stop looking at what's going on behind the counter, she went back into the kitchen part and said to a guy she called Vinny what's she keep staring at rolled her eyes cameback out to wait on a table and kept giving me dirty looks. All I was doing was waiting on my food to come out, it's natural to look around didn't know I wasn't allowed to, guess she wanted me to stare at the floor, waited an extra 17 minutes when i came in to pick up the food on top of the 35 minutes I was told it would be. Paid for it cashier tells me 2 minutes which turned into the 17 minutes , I just patiently waited then encountered the rude women I mentioned above. When my name was called I walked up got the food was told we r busy and humans if you have a problem. OMG I never said or gave the impression i was upset i get it your busy but no need to talk and address anyone like that, i feel they made my food horrible on purpose and left stuff out, guess i wasnt their kind of customer they wanted. Never will i be back to either locations. Its a shame for owner and management to allow their workers to.act like this. Guess they act the same way. I'll consider the source and understand they dont get paid well and are trying to learn how to make pizzas, but in order to succeed for your business and for your job try and be more professional and have some manners and cleaniseness about you. Need 0 stars.

I have never tried Uptown pizza before, but kept hearing good reviews. I ordered a pepperoni and a deluxe pizza. The owner told me it would knock my socks off.

Since moving to Boardman, a town SO beloved to me, I have come to adore Uptown Pizza! This was the first Pizza place I tried and their food, quality of service, and personable, effusive, lovely energy is incomparable. As Uptown Pizza is quite close to my Boardman residence, a delicious meal served to me with a genuine smile is always within convenient reach! I am not one with a substantive appetite, therefore my go to is their Little Joe, a divine miniature, personal Pizza. Sal has been so kind and there is nothing I appreciate more in this world than kindness.

I used to love this place but it’s absolutely horrible now. I hate to even have to leave a bad review but at this point they’re just stealing customers money. Whatever you order on the phone is not what you’ll get. They put whatever they want in the bags. They always leave out the soups and salads. Don’t put silverware in Togo orders. The customer service is so unprofessional now. They charge me for extra pasta sauce and never give it to me! This is so ridiculous! And today I pick up a chicken parm dinner and it’s made so sloppy and looks like the cheese hasn’t even been melted! I just threw it in the trash. I won’t be back here I encourage everyone not to waste their money at Uptown Pizza Boardman. I’ll drive 20 minutes to liberty before I ever spend another dime here.
