Quality food and service. We have been going to Duthy street deli for a number of years and have been delighted with all aspects. Joe the Barista is brilliant and staff have always been friendly to us. View all feedback.
What Vance Raynor doesn't like about Duthy Street Deli:
Sat down for a cup of cappuccino, it's one of my go-to drink to test out a barista from a new place. To be honest, it's sub-par. First of all the foam surface collapsed under a chunk of chocolate powder, as in the photo, the foam itself is not dense as it should be, and the coffee rather weak and bland. I suppose people come here for the food rather than coffee... View all feedback.
Average prices with good breakfasts selection. A decent cup of coffee. Good size helpings. I had the veggie brekkie with poached eggs, really delicious
Always nice coffee here friendly staff Only issue is steps getting in to shop for someone who struggled after knee surgery Do a great breakfast and always a popular place to meet friends for coffee desert or meal
Miserable décor. Dark and uninviting interior. It gave the impression of being uncared for. Had cause to use the toilet. Not a memorable experience. Service was ordinary. Coffee was great. However that did not raise it to the 'want to revisit ' list
This is a large comfy cafe with a interesting and varied menu. I had the best minestrone soup, definitely a hit on this cold day. Service was good and friendly. I returned with a friend for breakfast a few weeks later and again that was...a wholesome and hearty meal.
Went for lunch on a Thursday and had the lamb burger. It was tasty but a bit expensive for $18.95. Decent serving size though. The food came quickly.
