Duthy's Pizzeria & Pasta - UNLEY

Disappointed beyond belief. Annoyed and angry. I've never started a review out like this but after realising the two pizzas with garlic bread and drink was going to be $46 and noticing the family pizza, drink and garlic bread meal was $29.80 and swapping it for a half/half of the two large we were going to order.... To be honest I am so angry I don't even know how to write this review. The older lady who was obviously in charge continually chastised and put down the younger worker over making orders, not enough lettuce and accidentally adding a small pizza on top of our large (was meant to be a family) I was annoyed but thought it wasn't my business. But my partner on walking out noticed the pizza was the wrong size. Having worked in a pizza store for a few years I thought I'd mention it and she would realise her error and simply discount or put us down for a free pizza next time, good customer service type stuff...this wasn't the case. She proceeded to make up a story about me not being sure if two pizzas was too much food and telling me I didn't order the family. She had belittled this young worker whilst we sat in the store and then had the gall to tell me that I had done the wrong thing. I really still don't know what to think. I've heard about people like this, even seen them on Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares but had never had to deal with this myself. Please do yourself a favour and never go to this store.

We got take away pizzas. Both were good with a reasonable amount of the toppings. Crust was a medium thickness; not too thin. A large was enough for dinner and leftover lunch for one person.

The pizza here has the right amount of topping on a good crusty base. The Duthy Special is a regular order.

Hawaian pizzia was average , the ham they used was cheap **** , the ham they used to use was fantastic , obviously they have found a cheaper option, way way over priced $25 for a large
