Ludwig's Breakfast - Vail

Ludwig’s did not disappoint. The variety and selection of the breakfast buffet was vast and there is something for everyone. The food is absolutely delicious and the dessert selection amazing and tasty. The staff are courteous and friendly and are always at hand should you have a question or need something!

The food at this restaurant was mediocre and should have been better for the price. The gnocchi had a texture more similar to mashed potatoes than firm pasta. The buffalo dish was overly salty and the sauce was too rich. The striped bass was a small fillet with too many added ingredients, and while the flavor was decent, it did not meet the standards of a 5-star rating. The scallops seemed to be a single scallop cut into four pieces, with nothing particularly special about the ingredients paired with them. The bill came out to $360 for one adult and two children. The highlight of the meal was a glass of Cabernet and the Pellegrino.

Came here for brunch and was so impressed with the selection, quality of the items, and the notation of numerous gluten free options. Our server Mary was exceptional! She helped answer my many questions about the ingredient due to my dietary restrictions and was so friendly! The views of the greenhouse overlooking the pool and gorgeous snow made everything complete. Thank you for an amazing brunch experience!
