Ludwig’s did not disappoint. The variety and selection of the breakfast buffet was vast and there is something for everyone. The food is absolutely delicious and the dessert selection amazing and tasty. The staff are courteous and friendly and are always at hand should you have a question or need something! What Alexis Hegmann doesn't like about Ludwig's Breakfast:
while eating was good, the service was very bad. not the place to go to fun, more from a quiet demanding place. They also had limited cocktails - could not make a margarita or an espresso martini. big wine selection. View all feedback.
It's another Fourth of July, and this year was a total waste$32 per person for the breakfast buffet.
Great experience, food, wine, dessert, and service! We made it in the last evening of the season. Would like to see the next season menu that chef will prepare.
The steak was amazing. One of the best I've ever had. Service was a little slow but was worth the wait. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. It was a pleasure
Anniversary dinner with our two children, 8 and 10. We decided to sit out on the porch on a fairly humid June evening and the ceiling fans made for a nice breeze. We find most restaurants to be overly air-conditioned, but Metro 8 didn't seem like a fridge even when we walked in - that's a huge plus for me! Our waitress was very nice and attentive without interfering. She commented that it was nice to see kids with books (and math in our conversation) instead of iPads. The steaks my husband and I ordered were as advertised and delicious. So were the pages. Our girls loved their grilled chicken. Cocktails were good and just the right strength. Highly recommended.
Metro 8 is a great option at all times, but also more so during restaurant week. 3 course meal with a steak starter for $ 30! The 16 ounce churrasco steak is amazing and an incredible offering. My favorite dessert is the Dulce de Leche Crepes ... I like them as much as the steak - I understand they are probably a labor intensive endeavor for Restaurant Week but I was disappointed that they were removed from the Restaurant Week menu and I couldn't . t submit it for a charge. So I probably won't go on weekly trips to the restaurant, but will always come back to the regular menu.
