IHOP Restaurant - Vancouver

It has been what seems like eons since I last went to IHOP. Many good memories were made inside those four walls. In particular, the fiance and I used to come a lot to the Brentwood location when we started dating. We were so sad when they closed down (I want to say 5 years ago? But I could be wrong).

Memories during my college time<br/ <br/ Ah IHOP! So happy to see this restaurant in vancouver. The last time i ate at IHOP was 14 years ago in columbus, OH. It brings back college memories. <br/ IHOP serves more food menu from the last time i ate. With this more menu selection, IHOP is expanding its business.<br/ But still, keep its menu signature, pancake!<br/ Just be patient during the weekend, there will be long line to wait for your table.<br/ IHOP, you know i will be back again for your pancakes! My first visit ever to any IHOP chain , i loved the atmosphere very classy yet simple , great customer service and i ordered short stack buttermilk pancakes with their never ending coffee and hash browns , tha pancakes very fluffy and yummy , while the hash browns could have been more crispy but overall i was very happy

IHOP,  International House of Pancake, is a Western Breakfast Restaurant in North America, which has so many locations in both USA and Canada. It's famous for Pancakes and Western Breakfast. The first IHOP opened in 1958 Los Angeles in the US. Until now, it not only sells breakfast but also provides lunch and dinner menu as well. I've been IHOP with my boyfriend a lot, mostly was during our road trip. We usually had Pancakes, French Toasts, and other sides for breakfast there. We only had a dinner once at IHOP. It was a great experience for us. The location we went for dinner, is located on West Broadway, which is a busy street, has so many different types of restaurants on this street. IHOP is located on the 2nd floor of the building.<br/ <br/ Environment<br/ <br/ We were there around 6:30 pm. The restaurant was still busy. There were still lots of people here for dinner. The restaurant has the same style decorations as many other IHOP restaurant in the lower mainland. Nice and Clean. Feels like family.<br/ <br/ Service<br/ <br/ After we sat down, our table server brought the fancy menu to us. After a few minutes, the server began to take a drink order from us. Our server was nice and friendly. The drinks and food came fast.<br/ <br/ Food<br/ <br/ I made a sweet crepe combo by myself. My combo comes with two eggs and hash browns, plus hickory-smoked bacon strips and sausage per each. The two eggs and hash browns were well cooked. Backon and Sausage were so delicious and tasty. Also, I ordered Strawberries Cream Crepes with Glazed Strawberries toppings. It was sweet and yummy. I love it. Everything's better with bacon!  My boyfriend had Bacon Temptation Omelette with lots of hickory-smoked chopped bacon, a creamy cheese sauce, Jack and Cheddar cheeses and fresh, diced tomatoes on top. It was like 6 eggs in a total very filling. Everything is very fresh and tasty.<br/ <br/ Price<br/ <br/ The food in IHOP is not cheap. But, I strongly believe that they are totally worth the price. We enjoyed our dinner at IHOP. It was a nice experience for us.

Went to IHOP to feed a pancake crave one morning in  'Couver with my two hungry teenage boys.  Surprised by the variety of things on their menu.   Had breakfast combo with two pancakes.  Service was quick and polite.  BEST of all they gave us a carafe of coffee!   Portions were just right  refer above to dining companions.  I complimented our waiter on the way out.  He said 'It 's not something you 'd do every day ' It was fun and that 's exactly what I was hoping for.
