Funky diner. The place was PACKED. I had the club sandwich, and I added cheddar cheese to it. It was yummy. The potatoes were a bit 'meh ', but that 's what ketchup is for. : The servers and manager seemed really nice. View all feedback.
What miguelbob doesn't like about Roundel Cafe:
It's priced on the high side with breakfasts starting $15, but what's weird is the extra $1.50 for toast on several meals. Food was good, but not up to paying $17-19 a brekkie. If you're going for 2 people, and with ordering coffee, anticipate around $50 with taxes. Too costly, and ironically this East Van is not in an expensive neighbourhood! View all feedback.
The vegan tofu scramble brunch option was different to what I've had before and was really delicious. Their oat London Fog drink is one of the best I've ever had!Dietary restrictions: They did have 2 vegan brunch items on their menu and do offer oat milk as a df alternative which is great.Although limited plant based options, I would definitely recommend the tasty tofu scramble!
Been coming here for weeks and everything I’ve tried has been beyond delicious! Just the right amount of spice, and they poach eggs to perfection for breakfast. Soups are complex in flavour and taste homemade in a comforting sort of way. Highly recommend you give it a try!!
My friends I have been fortunate enough to have the café ' open early for us to have a weekly business meeting. It has been awesome. Classic café stylings fantastic coffee food. The owner staff are top notch. looking forward to the next meeting at The Rondel café
Love this little spot for a unique breakfast! My favourite is the wheat pancakes with the most delicious house made syrup. I don’t think anywhere in the city compares. Our favourite dishes to get are the Heauvos rancheros and the pulled pork eggs benny. The potatoes are also a must get.
This is from Mexican reviewer, this is one of the most delicious Chilaquiles that I've try not just in Vancouver but ever, the chorizo it's amazing, the coffee it's fresh and just perfect ?? the music just hit the rigth spot while eating, the staff it's super nice and you just feel like home. 10 out of 10, definitely coming back ASAP to try the evening menu?
