We went for lunch for the first time to Chow Boyz after hearing it was under new ownership. We were expecting an average Chinese combo plate lunch. We did much better. The owner or manager, whoever he is, comes off as arrogant. This is our second time visiting the restaurant.
These guys really know how to make a delicious soup! I had a band rehearsal in the Ahuntsic-Cartierville area, and since I woke up early for once, I decided to try out this restaurant.
The staff was friendly and efficient, the ambient clean and bright. We had quick service and tasty food with generous servings.

The steamed rice was strangely sweet. We left most of it, and avoided 'Canadian Chinese' for the rest of our 6 week trip. I would NOT recommend Chow Boys.
