Great food at fantastic prices. The appraisers were amazing, and we went with a group of adults. We all ordered different items from the menu and not one complaint! Great Value for authentic Italian food.. just like nona would make!!

Growing up Downtown Toronto, the Marcello's on St. Clair and Dufferin was my go to Restaurant for any occasion. Although much smaller then it's Vaughn location it is still a go to for me when I'm in the St. Clair area of Toronto. The Vaughn location is much closer to me as I now live North of Toronto so I tend to go there more often. Located just off of the 400 it is convenient and easy to get to if you're coming in from out of town. This Restaurant has a nice size outdoor patio perfect for those warm Summer days and nights. Their wood oven pizza is to die for. My personal favourite is the prosciutto and arugula. It is crispy with a thin crust that makes you wanna eat the whole damn thing by yourself. Their cheese cured meats platter is perfect for sharing while you indulge with a chilled glass of Pinot Grigio. But.... their grilled calamari is irresistible and cooked perfectly every time. It is never rubbery or chewy. This last time I met a couple of girlfriends there for a late Sunday lunch to catch up over great food and some vino but I've been there during the week for lunch where they are usually packed with a blend between a business crowd and friends having a casual lunch. The staff is welcoming and always attentive. They ensure that you are looked after. Perfect for any occasion this Restaurant remains one of my favourite spots anytime of the week for lunch, dinner or whenever I'm craving a really good homemade tiramisu.IMPORTANTE: Do not ever leave Marcello's without trying their tiramisu!!! Complained about not being served after others came later and were served. That started the comedy of errors, dishes brought in the order not requested, no bread basket when all others had one, dirty dishes not cleared and no bill until we got up and went to the cashier. Food was average at best.

This place is excellent for any occasion, IMHOWe had a romantic dinner there. We loved all the food we tasted.Great service. Very nice place. Just be aware - there are always people there, so be ready to wait to be seated. But you won't regret!Price is not cheap, but reasonable.
