Went for an authentic Swiss food experience. On the phone we were told they were fully booked but squeezed us in when we insisted. The place wasn't full when we arrived it wasn't full but maybe people didn't show up. Ordered the meat fondue which came with four types of meat, all of which were tasteless and chewy. House red wine by the glass, Pinot Noir, was acidic and couldn't finish it. Location is in its own complex far from the town. Ambience is ok, service was very good. Maybe good for families with kids.

Extra frame, very nice atmosphere, boss, staff as well as the cook available, copious meals, careful presentation of the dishes. We were 4 with the hunting menu present as the decline of an original idea day (for one I think it would be nice to have a photocopy of the menu on the table in order to follow this very beautiful gastronomic day ps Sugujestio^n) so in summary restaurant that I recommend because we have all the 4 still water to the mouth and memories full of the head thank you for this beautiful day

With the cut in the large restaurant years ago, the statue paid pretty well. The surroundings are still top, the restaurant qua food is pretty on level, the attention of service is still on level. Missing what the grandeur of old times does.

Ideal place to go while you are waiting for your kids at Les Esserts. Nice for families and also for couples. If you get a table with views to the little lake it is very cute. The fondue and the raclette were very nice. It is also nice to go to have a coffee or a cup of tea.
