We enjoyed our Short Stau and a dinner, the attention, service were excellent, some dishes though not perfectly balanced, like fish couscous, that's why 4 stars. But the day dish was excellent, 2 out of 3 desserts also, the wine fantastic. View all feedback.

the spring menu to 69 € has started well. Amuse-bouche, two per person but different (you have to choose). Egg blown in the heart flowing, original and very well.Dos of sandre and risotto, delicious.Duo of cute and veal ris, there is the catastrophe! The cute calf is too cooked, hard and as dried. The owners are super nice and friendly people. Hotel is beautiful and rooms are nice and clean. Will definitely visit again.
Perfect ambience, delightful food, beautiful settings and exquisite rooms. The owner Didier is a great chef and perfect host and he is assisted by a team of dedicated staff, nothing is too much and they are ever ready to help in anyway. What a relaxed and stress free stay. Anyone passing that way, choose this delightful hotel and town as your stopping point; I am already looking for my next excuse to stop
Hostellerie Bourguignonne is one of those places that utterly surprises you. Located in the middle of the small Verdun-sur-le-Doubs, the outside might deceive you, but once you enter the beautifully ornamented garden you understand you are in for a treat. The reception was kind and helpful, the table was set for us (a party of 5), and not long after we arrived, the appetizers began to arrive. The menú was divided in fish and meat options (beef and lamb), one member of our party was vegetarian and they had no problem whatsoever to adapt the menú to meet their dietary restrictions. The food was exquisite, great quality and portion size (considering the price). The wine selection was wide, same for the cocktails and appetitives. Wonderful to find such gems in areas which are rich with great produce and resources, and seeing that local production does not need to travel far to be transformed into culinary greatness.
I recommend this address. We spent an excellent time with family, in a beautiful and quiet setting. Delicious market menu, refined and very pleasant staff. See you for another family meal
