Earls Kitchen + Bar - Vernon

I am normally a Big Earl's fan, and would normally give the locations I have visited in the past a 4 or 5 star rating.

Stop at Earls quite frequentlyThe meal I had this time was not great.

Felt and looked like the usual earls BUT the food was not very good ice tea was weak AND the service was slow. Refills would of been great even though the iced tea was weak

We stopped at Earls for lunch on our way to a wedding. Food was pretty good. I had a Cajun chicken meal and my husband had chicken alfredo. Service wasn't the best. It took a long time for us to get our diet coke's - we were finished our meal and waiting for the bill before we got them. Then it took awhile to get the bill and pay for it. Probably not the best place to stop if you're in a rush. It was pretty empty so we thought it wouldn't be too bad.

Started with coffee. Sent back twice as cream each time curdled. Third time we opted for milk as they had no fresh cream product available. Server was not and did not make us feel like she cared.Ordered 3 appetizers to share. Picture attached. Was ok but the Hawaiian Coconut Prawns had no flavour and were served with a peach/mango tasting garnish. I think Hawaiian and pineapple comes immediately to my mind. No pineapple on this dish.To their credit the Calamari was very good. Will I go back .... no! They need some changes. Note, the coffee was never decucted from our bill.
