Always something…. But it is what it is. Last time service was not the greatest. This time we had a rookie server. Didn’t know his beers where they were from. Called him out on the Granville island raspberry beer… kept saying it was red arrow when it wasn’t. We checked with manager to confirm raspberry beer was from Granville island it was. Was very nervous at times. Food was really good as per usual. View all feedback.
What Ashley doesn't like about The Keg Steakhouse & Bar:
We came for our anniversary and requested a booth to which they did not provide. Our server was changed after we had ordered drinks causing some confusion. We weren't offered bread before or after receiving drinks, after we received our appy we requested it. Great tasting food and our go to date spot! Unfortunately it gave us horrible stomachaches the last time we went so I had to dock a star, but it was amazing everytime before that. I love the oven roasted chicken (they took it off the menu but still make it for me :
Perfect meals as always at The Keg. Loved the classic baseball steak. My family enjoyed the burgers and salmon. Wonderful service and beautiful setting.
Decided to celebrate my anniversary with my boyfriend at the keg and the experience was amazing. Everyone was so nice and the food was spot on. The bread that they gave us was so good, it pairs really well with the French Onion soup! My boyfriend and I both got the Keg Classics and the portions were really filling. We did over ordered because we were quite hungry but we left with two takeout boxes with some of our food. Despite being really full they offered us complementary dessert because we were celebrating our anniversary! Our server was super kind and packed it up for us to eat later! For someone who has never been to The Keg before I’d definitely recommend the twice baked potatoes and escargots! The steaks are really good too, especially the prime rib! I would definitely come back again for a special occasion because everyone was really nice :

We’ve dined here multiple times over the past 2 months and every visit has been excellent. The food is always consistent as is the service. It’s by far our favourite Keg location.
