When I travel I look for local people and places that are not crowded by tourists. I was lucky to see this café during my 1 night stop in Vienna. The prices are just right (payed 9 euros for falafel with vegetables and a bottle of beer). Was there at 9pm and it was full of people reading books and smoking cigarettes. Ended up talking about culture with some students sitting at the next table. If you want to taste local... View all feedback.
What Amiya Kihn doesn't like about Cafe Kafka:
felt like going back in time as it was allowed to smoke inside and the place looked like a bar where students spend time skipping lectures! it’s not fancy but it has its thing! View all feedback.
It was nice to sit out and drink coffee, but what makes this local a no go is that it is a pure smoker place.
We met briefly with friends in the kafka. depending on the presentation you could describe it as cozy, quiet and traditional with more young guests, or as a smoked little cafe. nevertheless the service is good and the prices also ok.
