Although we had booked on the terrace, they moved us to the dining room because the terrace was not operational. A shame because the truth is that the dining room is bare and the tables are too big, in my opinion the place could do with a facelift. The mallestre mill is a family-style restaurant, where the quality of the ingredients and the presentation of the dishes is the most important. the mill was always a meeting place for the people; people who came to be or to grind, shepherds who came to warm themselves, dragging them and hacheros who worked on the mountain. I never needed a drink of wine or a piece of bread. the specialities of the restaurant are red meats and grilled fish. Although you can also enjoy traditional meals such as the garlic of reel (plaque typical of the reels of the saw) , you can also taste dishes made with local products boletus edulis , morcilla of burgos ... we have 3 eaters , one of them is a serranous kitchen with fireplace, ideal to heat the fire in the winter days . we are lucky to have an exceptional atmosphere. nature is shown here in all its splendor. located in the same complex of the Mesón restaurant, the vilviestre mill, we can enjoy the road moeo, which reflects the tradition of which the inhabitants of these lands have lived for centuries. this moeo legalized by the joint of the castilla and the lion, has a good number of objects that allow a journey through the hard life of the routers of the saw.
