Ocean Eddies Seafood - Virginia Beach

We 've visited VB at least 10 times over the past 2 years with dreams of moving here and had never eaten at Ocean Eddie 's. This time we did and I regret having not enjoyed this place sooner. Normally I don 't eat burgers when visiting the ocean (it just feels wrong because I can get a burger anywhere) but my wife got one and OMG, this tastes like the burger your grandma made when you were a child that you 've measured every burger since then against. Absolutely delicious! The fries are perfectly crispy and salted. The tuna tacos are absolutely amazing and packed with more tuna for the money than I 've ever gotten anywhere else along the boardwalk. Then we went back 2 nights later and were just as pleased. We ordered the pound of shrimp and got a full pound of thick, juicy, perfectly seasoned and cooked shrimp. Then a crab cake as a side-order which was delicious with good sized lump crab inside. Our service was top-notch on both visits and the atmosphere was nothing short of delightful and relaxing. Ocean Eddie 's has quickly become yet another one of our must eats on our visits and a place we will be at regularly once we move here.

Elijah provided excellent service and the fried fish was delicious. The fish tacos were also very tasty.

Dave, Charlotte, Eli, Nathan...Best staff in the state. Food is always excellent.

The tuna was amazing we had tacos (on lettuce) and tuna bites perfectly cooked. Hush puppies with just a touch of sweet. Calamari not too heavy. Excellent home made margaritas. Great service

This restaurant is a fantastic spot for delicious food and drinks with a stunning view of the Chesapeake Bay, where you can watch the waves crashing in.
