Contribute FeedbackDining at The Melting Pot offers a mix of experiences, with some diners enjoying exceptional service and delicious food while others encounter issues with portions and noise levels. The ambience and special date night experience are highlights, though confusion over menu pricing and loud children impact some visits. The service from Mia A and Asher stands out, contributing to positive experiences. The price point is on the higher side, with some feeling the value may not always match the cost. Overall, frequent patrons appreciate the location, while others recommend managing expectations for a visit.
This was a going away dinner for two children leaving for college tomorrow. There was group of next to us that was so noisy we could not talk to each other
Been coming to this location for years, it’s always good. Definitely recommend
It was great for our first time. I forgot the servers name, but he had black curly hair and was very open and helpful throughout the time
Very confusing menu and pricing. In the end great for one time to experience, but a bill for people and not enough food served tells me this chain will not last, have no plans to ever return not worth the money nice idea poor execution don’t expect the chain to survive if they don’t make changes
It was a touch too dark in our little nook. It made it a bit difficult for either of us to read. I noise from the people in the adjoining nook was a bit much making it difficult to hear each other. The food was excellent
