My presentation of georges blanc went rather towards a tour shed that lives from his reputation and where is cooked as well as necessary to remove it for meelin from one. far missed. Eating is very classic, but just really good. Excellent ingredients, perfectly prepared and with excellently decorated sauces. two to three elements on the plate, no tupfer, no gels, no aggregation states that are difficult to understand. as I eat best.
