What summerskybird likes about Cafe Thorntons:
We stopped in for coffee and cake during a shopping trip. The coffee was good and also the cakes. I had a mince pie and enjoyed it but was given single cream to pour over. It would have been better to have the pie warmed and thick cream on top. I liked the chocolate truffle with the coffee. read more.

Went for a brew and some cake today whilst shopping and was a bit disappointed. Not been for a while and everything is just a bit tired , dark and dingy in there . The latte had a bit of an after taste probably caused by poor washing . Time for a refurb and possibly moving the cafe to the front of the shop for a brighter feel . read more.

Visited café thornton again in Warringtons golden shopping centre ideal for snack and lovely cup of coffee and nice slice of cake staff friendly and welcoming

Always hot coffee, not just luke warm, with a little sample treat, from thorntons on the side. Nice little break from shopping.
