New York Pizzeria - Warsaw

I have eaten at this restaurant before and always had a good experience. However, when I decided to do takeout, my order was completely wrong. This had happened once before, but I decided to give it another chance. I ordered two chicken finger wraps: one with Medium sauce, Ranch, Lettuce, Provolone, and Tomatoes, and the other with Hot sauce, Mayo, Mozzarella, and Lettuce. What I received was not even close to what I ordered. The first wrap had Mayo, Lettuce, and Onions instead of Ranch and Provolone, and the second wrap had Blue cheese, lettuce, and onions instead of Hot sauce and Mozzarella. The lettuce was also brown and gross. We live 20 minutes away and were only in town briefly, so we couldn't go back to exchange the order. I was very disappointed and will not be ordering from here again.

The restaurant used to be good, but the quality has declined since the owner's children took over. There seems to be a lack of pride in the establishment now. The pizza wasn't bad when the old man was in charge.

The salad was brown and wilted. The second wrap was supposed to have hot sauce, but instead had blue cheese and random toppings. We live 20 minutes away and had no desire to go back for a replacement. Overall, a disappointing experience and we will not be returning.
