I walked past this restaurant and was impressed by the enticing display of freshly home-cooked food. The new female owner warmly greeted me and I learned that she and her husband handle all the cooking themselves. I decided to try the taboulah salad, which was served in a generous portion and was both refreshing and delicious. What User doesn't like about Villa Madina:
It's definitely not the best shawarma I've ever had, but the flavours were good. The falafel were overcooked and hard, again the flavours were good, but overall not great. I don't think I will try this location again. View all feedback.

Food is cold and tasteless what a waste of money and time Service was poor and borderline rude. Meat was dry and the vegetables limp They need to take pride in the food that they choose to serve
We also were at the Conestoga mall and love shwarma so tried it out.Very disappointed. We had chicken shwarma 2 can dine deal. The humus on it was very bitter.Service was very disorganized and not very warm. They did not seem to know who was next despite clearly having an order here spot.I would agree the chicken was tasteless and that is very unusual for shwarma. Definitely don't eat here and we will not give them a second chance.
Recently we found ourselves at the Conestoga mall in Waterloo. Decided to try the shawarma plate at Villa Madina in the food court. Turned out to be a huge mistake. Both the chicken and beef shawarma were dry and tasteless, rice and hummus were inedible. To top it all the service was curt and condescending. Definitely cannot recommend.
