Contribute FeedbackThis restaurant has a mix of reviews. One customer had a terrible experience with a reservation mix-up and rude staff, while another praised the creative and delicious food despite slow service. Some customers found limited vegetarian options disappointing, while others enjoyed the atmosphere and menu. Visitors were impressed by the Persian food, ambiance, and generous portion sizes, with one customer raving about the cream brulé. Overall, the restaurant seems to have a loyal customer base despite some service and menu inconsistencies.
Poor ambience. Didn’t even ask for drinks. Food tasted old. Order took too long. Very disappointed
We were surprised at arriving and first walking into the restaurant, since it was not as fancy as we had imagined and is on a side road. In addition, a waiter/waitress had called in sick and the owner was waiting on the tables, and initially he seemed upset about this. BUT... he turned out to be quite charming and apologetic, and the food was really excellent and very good value. The four of us had different dishes (two chicken and two vegetarian) and they were all tasty and filling. We had two appetizers (both vegetarian) that were delicious, one being quite spicy (with eggplant). So, although the first few minutes caught us a bit off guard there, we will definitely be going back... for both the food and the ambiance.
The food was the focus here. Small space, but big heart here. Server was extremely helpful and each plate was outstanding. From the salads, bread, Cornish hen, beef and lamb shank, all top notch! Hats off to the chef.
Great, interesting good. Servers are knowledgeable if you're unfamiliar with the cuisine. Don't go if you're in a hurry. Meals are slow paced.
Wonderful gem in Watertown. They couldn't do enough to make our party of 10 happier.
