What Minnie Mouse doesn't like about Boxwood On The Roof At The London West Hollywood:
This hotel is lovely, the staff is also wonderful, very friendly and attentive, the tea itself was OK. However, the tea price was $84, online and there is no mention that a gratuity would be included....the bill reflected $100 with no mention that it included a 20% tip and the server didn't mention it either, our fault that we just didn't pay attention as we were having a good time, and paid another 20% tip on top of... It's really a pool page menu, but we could find many ways we enjoyed. I had a fillet with mushroom-tasty and a presentation. I had tastes of other, kale salad, crispy pork rod, avocado toast and cauliflower steak all delicious. the chopped salad is delicious and cool as they shake it while serving. the desserts were to eat, loved the mango cheesecake, toffee pudding and chocolate cake.
Having a girlie weekend with my daughter’s and we wanted to go somewhere a little special. The food was delicious, atmosphere lovely and relaxed and a beautiful memory made.
Boxwood is better than ever! Excellent food updated dining area with amazing views of the city and Hollywood Hills this place can’t be beat!
I really appreciated the accommodation from the valet circle to the concierge front desk area all the way to the hostess finally the waitstaff everyone performed remarkably.
Full ****. The food was small, tasteless and expensive. Service was slow, but friendly, It is a nice idea, but needs a much better I u or atleast a huge price reduction.
